Frequently asked questions
Which neighbourhoods do you cover?
My listings are in Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Riverside and the Karura/Gigiri area. Through my network I can also source homes in Karen, Muthaiga, Runda and Kitisuru.
How does buying off-plan work?
Most developments ask for a booking fee to reserve a unit, then a deposit of 10–20% when you sign the sale agreement. The balance is paid in instalments during construction, usually over 12–36 months. Each property page shows that development's own payment plan.
Can I buy from abroad?
Yes. Many of my clients live in the UK, US, UAE and Europe. I do live video walkthroughs and can introduce you to an independent advocate. Completion can be done through a power of attorney. See the step-by-step process.
How do I book a viewing?
WhatsApp or call me on 0794 085 932, or use the form on any property page. I'll arrange a private site visit, or a live video tour if you're abroad.
Do you have homes that aren't listed online?
Yes. Some owners and developers prefer not to advertise publicly. Tell me what you're looking for and I'll let you know if I have a match.
Can you manage the property after I buy?
Yes. I can find tenants (corporate, expat or short-stay) and connect you with management, so the property earns while you're away.
